Reluctantly, I went to the grocery store and bought the best soup on the shelves. I went home, opened the can, and added my new paper. Between the drool from the Novocain and the Motrin, I thought the soup tasted pretty good. After 2 days of the soup, the soup starts to taste good. On the third day, I added cayenne for flavor. However, all I could taste was the cayenne in the mild soup. My little mom decided to make some of her chicken soup at home. All my years, I can never remember my mom making chicken soup at home. I feel like I’ve been home for so long that I’ve had the chance to experience my mom’s cooking.
He started with charcoal chicken, added spices and boiled the chicken. He left the boiled chicken soup to cool overnight and collected the fat from the soup the next morning. Next, he added fresh corn that he cut from the bag along with chopped carrots, onions, green onions, potatoes and finely chopped chicken nuggets. It seems long, but hmm if you can taste it. After trying my mother’s homemade soup, I no longer care about canned soup. The difference between canned soup and homemade soup is indescribable. For the next 3 days, my mom made fresh soup at home. Did it take longer to prepare? Yes, it was done. Was it worth the wait? I can give you a resounding YES.
Often our approach to fitness and big life changes is like soup on the shelves. It’s easy to get, so it becomes a source of comfort for us.

6. Attitude: Your attitude is a general idea. Attitude is a choice. Every morning you wake up and you have a chance. You can choose to be happy or sad. Being sad and negative has no purpose. Negativity brings down others around you and wastes energy. Release negative energy into things that will turn situations into a positive outcome.
7. Habit: Studies show that if you do something for 21 consecutive days it becomes a habit. Today, start evaluating the good and bad habits. Evaluate the positives and negatives in it. Make a list of good and bad habits.
8. Healing: Letting go of the past and moving forward. In order to heal physically and mentally, you must first admit that there is a problem. Get ready to meet the milestones,
the healing process begins.
To make a positive change in your life start by assessing your daily life and goals. Cut and Eliminate negative energy and people from your daily life. Be aware that every day will be different. And every new day gives you a chance to improve. Enjoy yourself…Every day.
